As of today, KMU is delivering a two-day training to capacitate its leaders’ skills in transformational leadership, change management, leading educational institutions, professional ethics, and planning. The training also focuses on raising the awareness of the leaders on higher education legal provisions. High profile professionals and public figures, to mention, Dr. Worku Negash (the Senior Advisor to Minster, MoSHE), Prof. Yalew Endawoke (the Senior Advisor to Minister, MoSHE), and Dr. Samuel Kifle, the State Minister, MoSHE) have delivered the training and shared their living experiences so far.
It is recalled that the University has restructured its institutional organisation recently through promoting a few staff to higher leadership positions and reshuffling others on the basis of their merits.
