KUE Conducts Its Roadmap and Curricula Validation at Ministerial Level

After a series of intensive hands-on calibrations at various stages, Kotebe University of Education (KUE) conducted validation of its roadmap and curricula at the ministerial level today, on the 12th of November 2022. Led by the state ministers, Samuel Kifle (PhD) and Fanta Mandefro (PhD), the endorsement convening involved teachers’ professional development and curriculum experts of the Ministry of Education of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
The state ministers were whole-heartedly in the favour of the efforts that have been undertaken by the University in paving the way to bring changes in the quality of education, and they unanimously underscored that the University should commence the execution of its plans taking the national education reform roadmaps and current education policy provisions into account.
It was also remarked that the University needs to consult and closely work with the experts of the Ministry to fine-tune the alignment of the national education policy and the existing demands of teachers and instructional leaders with the education professional workforce to be produced.
