Kotebe Metropolitan University would like to invite applicants for PhD and Masters’ Degree Programs to the Academic Year 2021/22(2014 E.C).

Procedures to apply:

1. 1. Write estudent.kmu.edu.et
   2. Click Apply Here
   3. Then Fill the Form,

• • Personal Detail(First name, Father name, Grand Father name, Gender, Martial Status, Nationality and Date of Birth
  • Apply for: Select Field of Study(program) with its modality
  • Educational background: Click Add Education and fill your Bachelor Degree’s Institution, Field of Study and CGPA
  • Select Financial Support(Government sponsored/Non-government sponsored/Self sponsored)
  • Fill Contact address( Phone and e-mail)
  • Supportive documents: Attach academic/supportive documentsmerged or converted in asingle page-Pdf format

 To attach click choose file, select and attach.

Your educational records: Degree and Transcript documents are mandatory.

• • Finally click Apply

1. 1. When you click Apply, you will get the following instruction to settle/pay application Fee of Birr 100.00 in CBE Birr payment system

   2. Choose 5. Pay Bill
   3. Choose 5. Webirr
   4. Enter the above Checkout Code

Additional information

1. 1. Send your official transcript to Kotebe Metropolitan University Registrar P.O.Box 31248 from your previous institutions.This will also include KMU Alumni (Graduated Students).
   2. Dates of the entrance examination will be notified on the Notice Board of College/Faculty/Academy which you have applied for or you may also check the examination period from KMU website(www.kmu.edu.et)
   3. Official Transcript is mandatory to register (for Accepted students). (Otherwise, his/her acceptance to the program will be canceled)
   4. Minimum class size is required to open any program.
