በኮተቤ የትምህርት ዩኒቨርሲቲ በስታትስቲክስ የትምህርት መስክ የሦስተኛ ዲግሪ (Ph.D) የመጀመሪያ ዓመት ተማሪዎች በዩኒቨርሲቲው ግቢ ውስጥ የአፕል ችግኝ ተክለዋል፡፡ በዚሁ ወቅት የአካዳሚክ ጉዳዮች ጊ/ም/ፕሬዝዳንት ዶክተር ሽመልስ ዘውዴ እንደተናገሩት፣ ይህ አይነቱ የችግኝ ተከላ ተግባር ከፒ. ኤች.ዲ ተማሪዎች የሚጠበቅ መልካም አርአያነት መሆኑን በመጥቀስ፣ የአፕል ፍሬው እስኪደርስ ድረስ ተማሪዎቹ በግቢው ውስጥ ሊቆዩ ስለሚችሉ ተንከባክበው ለፍሬ ማብቃት እንዳለባቸውም አስገንዝበዋል፡፡
የችግኝ ተከላው ስነስርዓት በተካሄደበት ውቅት በስታትስቲክስ የትምህርት መስክ የሦስተኛ ዲግሪ መርሐግብር የተማሪዎቹ መምህር የሆኑት ዶ/ር አየለ ታዬ እንዳሉት ተማሪዎቹ ቀደም ሲል በእንጦጦ አካባቢ ችግኝ መትከላቸውን አስታውሰው በዩኒቨርሲቲው ዋና ግቢም ተመሳሳይ የችግኝ ተከላ ማከናወናቸው በምሳሌነት የሚታይ መሆኑን ተናግረዋል፡፡ የዩኒቨርሲቲው ማኔጅመንት የችግኝ መትከያ ቦታውን ስለፈቀደላቸውም አመስግነዋል፡፡
ተማሪዎቹ ከመምህራቸው ጋር በመሆን የተከሉትን 15 የአፕል ችግኝ ለሦስት ሺህ ብር በላይ በማውጣት በራሳቸው ወጪ የገዙ ሲሆን፣ የችግኝ ተከላውን ሂደትም የፋሲሊቲ ማኔጅመንት ዳይሬክቶሬት ዳይሬክተር አቶ ደምስ አባተ ከተማሪዎች አገልግሎት ዳይሬክቶሬት እና ከዩኒቨርሲቲው የበላይ አመራሮች ጋር በመተባበር ያመቻቹ መሆኑን ለማወቅ ተችሏል፡፡

ኮተቤ የትምህርት ዩኒቨርሲቲ በተቋማዊ የሽግግር ሰነዶች ላይ ከመምህራን ጋር ውይይት አካሄደ፡፡

ኮተቤ የትምህርት ዩኒቨርሲቲ በተቋማዊ የሽግግር ሰነዶች ላይ ከመምህራን ጋር ዛሬ 23/12/2014 ዓ.ም. በዋና ግቢ ውይይት አካሄዷል፡፡ የኮተቤ የትምህርት ዩኒቨርሲቲ ፕሬዝዳንት ዶ/ር ብርሃነመስቀል ጠና በዚሁ ጊዜ እንደገለፁት አብይና ቴክኒካል ኮሚቴ ተዋቅሮ ሰፋ ያለ ጊዜ ተወስዶ ሲዘጋጅ የቆየው የዩኒቨርስቲው ምስረታ ፍኖተ ካርታው እና የካሪኩለም ማዕቀፍ ከመነሻው ጀምሮ ባለድርሻ አካላትን ባሳተፈ ሁኔታ እንዲሆን ተደርጓል። በዚህም በየደረጃው ያሉ አመራሮች እና የዘርፉ ከፍተኛ ምሁራን፣ የቦርድ አመራሮች ፣ የትምህርት ሚኒስቴር አመራሮች፣ የዩኒቨርሲቲው ካውንስል ወዘተ ተወያይተውበት ግብዓት ሰጥተውበታል።
ፕሬዚዳንቱ አያይዘው እንዳሉት እየተዘጋጀ ያለው ፍኖተ ካርታ እና የሥርዓተ ትምህርት ማዕቀፍ በአጠቃላይ የሀገሪቱን የትምህርት ጥራት ችግር እና ክፍተት ለመሙላት ታሳቢ ያደረገ በመሆኑ ከራሳችን ጀምረን ክፍተቱን የሚያርም ዝግጅት ማድረግ ይጠበቅብናል፤ በመሆኑም የዩኒቨርሲቲው መምህራን ለአዲሱ ተልዕኮአችን ብቁነታቸውን ማረጋገጥ ፤ ራሳቸውን ማዘጋጀት ፤ “ማነው መምህር ?” የሚለውን መመለስ ይጠበቅባቸዋል። ለዚህ መሠረታዊ ጉዳዩ ከቀደመው አስተሳሰብ ወጥቶ በአዲስ እይታ አዲሱን ሀገራዊ ተልዕኮና ኃላፊነት በአዲስ አስተሳሰብ መቀበልና ለዚያ ትግበራ ብቁ ሆነው ለመገኘት የትምህርት ዩኒቨርሲቲዎችን ልምድ ማየትና መረዳት አለብን ብለዋል ።
ለስኬቱም ተቋሙ የትምህርት ዩኒቨርሲቲ እንደመሆኑ ሁሉም ዩኒቨርሲቲዎች፣ የትምህርት ቢሮዎች ፣ የፌዴራል እና የክልል የሥልጠና ተቋማት ቀጥተኛ ባለድርሻዎቻችን ናቸው። ከዚህም አንፃር ከባለድርሻ አካላቱ እንዲሁም ከዘርፉ ምሁራን ጋር ቅንጅት በመፍጠር የተለያዩ ሀገራትን ተሞክሮንም በመቀመር ሰነዶቹን የበለጠ ማዳበር እንደሚያስፈልግ አሳስበዋል።
የኮተቤ የትምህርት ዩኒቨርሲቲ የአካዳሚክ ጉዳዮች ጊ/ም/ፕሬዝዳንት ዶ/ር ሽመልስ ዘውዴ እንደተናገሩትም፣ ዩኒቨርሲቲው አዘጋጅቶ በተለያዩ መድረኮች ለባለድርሻ አካላት ለውይይት ካቀረባቸው ሰነዶች መካከል የተቋሙ የሽግግር ፍኖተ ካርታ እና የሥርዓተ ትምህርት ማዕቀፍ ላይ የዩኒቨርሲቲው መምህራን እንዲወያዩባቸው መድረኩ የተዘጋጀው ከመስከረም 2015 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ ወደ ትግበራ የሚገባ በመሆኑ መምህራኑ በቂ ግንዛቤ በመጨበጥ ቅድመ ዝግጅት እንዲያደርጉ ለማስቻል እንደሆነ ገልፀዋል፡፡
ዶ/ር ፈቀደ ቱሊ ለውይይቱ የመነሻ ሀሳብ ባቀረቡበት ወቅት እንደተናገሩት፤ የተቋሙ የሽግግር ፍኖተ ካርታ ኮተቤ የትምህርት ዩኒቨርሲቲ ብቸኛው የሀገሪቱ የትምህርት ዩኒቨርሲቲ እንዲሆን በአዋጅ ከተወሰነበት ጊዜ ጅምሮ በተሰጠው ኃላፊነት መሠረት ሰነዱ የትምህርት ጥራት ችግርን በሚፈታ እና ሁለንተናዊ የትምህርት አካሄድን በሚያግዝ መልኩ መዘጋጀቱን ለውይይቱ ተሳታፊዎች አብራርተዋል፡፡ ዶ/ር ኤፍሬም ተክሌ በበኩላቸው የሥርዓተ ትምህርት ማዕቀፉ የዩኒቨርሲቲውን አጠቃላይ የመማር ማስተማር ሂደት የሚመራ ሲሆን፣ ከተለያዩ ባለድርሻ አካላት ጋር በትብብር መዘጋጀቱን እና በተለያዩ ባለድርሻ አካለት በተለያዩ ጊዜያት ውይይት የተደረገበት መሆኑን አመልክተዋል፡፡
የዩኒቨርሲቲው መምህራንም በበኩላቸው በቀሩት የዩኒቨርሲቲው ተልዕኮ፤ የትምህርት መርሀግብሮችና ስያሜዎቻቸው እንዲሁም በተማሪዎች አቀባበል ሁኔታዎች ላይ በማተኮር ሰፊ ገንቢ ሀሳቦችን በማንሳት በውይይቱ ላይ ንቁ ተሳትፎ አድርገዋል፡፡

KUE Casts a Vote on Vice Presidency for Its Two Positions

Kotebe University of Education (KUE) cast votes on the shortlisted candidates for Academic Affairs and Administration and Development vice presidents’ positions at the event held today, on the 27th of August 2022, at its main campus. The Governing Board, Senate and Council members of the University and representatives from academic and administrative staff and students’ union representatives participated in making decisions on the recruitment of the vice presidents for the aforesaid positions led by the electoral committee.
At the onset of the event, the electoral committee chairperson, Professor Yalew Endawoke, urged the electorates to be free, fair and rational in evaluating the potential of the candidates based on only and only the essence of the strategic plans presented, nothing else, towards the institution’s merits. As to the remarks of the chairperson, five candidates were shortlisted for each position based on the criteria set to evaluate their applications though afterwards some of them resigned for anonymous personal reasons.
The candidates were subsequently given ten minutes each to present their thought-to-be institutional strategic plans which were followed by explanations to questions posed by the attendees. The attendees were made to rate the ideas presented by the candidates based on the checklist set for the same purposes. Eventually, the electoral committee chairperson guaranteed electorates that the committee would fairly compute the cumulative results of the candidates’ experiences, qualifications and presentations, and then announce the winners shortly.
It was observed that 4 candidates competed for the Academic Affairs and two others ran for the Administration and Development vice presidents’ positions. Participants also noted that the free and fair election of the to-be-leaders was the first of its kind in KUE’s experience.

የቀድሞ የኮተቤ ትምህርት ኮሌጅ ተማሪ እና ከቅርብ ዓመታት ወዲህ መኖሪያቸውን በውጭ ሀገር ያደረጉት ዶ/ር አብርሃም አለሙ ለኮተቤ የትምህርት ዩኒቨርሲቲ ዛሬ ነሀሴ 12/2014 ዓ.ም 709 መጻሕፍትን ለግሰዋል፡፡
የኮተቤ የትምህርት ዩኒቨርሲቲ ፕሬዝዳንት ዶ/ር ብርሃነመስቀል ጠና በመጻሕፍት ርክክብ መርሀግብሩ ላይ እንደገለፁት፣ ዶክተር አብርሃም አለሙ ለዩኒቨርሲቲው ያበረከቱት መጻሕፍት ለትውልድ እና ለሀገር የሚጠቅሙ በመሆናቸው ትልቅ ግምት የሚሰጣቸው ናቸው፡፡ በውጪ የሚኖሩ ኢትዮጵያውያን በተሰማሩበት መስክ የሙያ እና የቁሳቁስ ድጋፍ ቢያደርጉ፣ ይህንንም በጎ አድራጎት አንዱ ለሌላው ቢያስተዋውቅ እና አንድ ላይ ብናብር ሀገራችን በቅርብ ጊዜ ውስጥ ወደተሻለ ደረጃ ልናሸጋግራት ይቻላል ያሉት ዶ/ር ብርሃነመስቀል ጠና፣ ዩኒቨርሲቲው ከዩኒቨርስቲው የዕውቀት ማዕድ ተቋዳሾች ዶ/ር አብርሃምን ሁሌም እንደሚያስታውስ እና እርሳቸውም ሌሎችንም ሀገር ወዳድ ዜጎቻችንን በማስተባበር በቀጣይም ዩኒቨርስቲውን የመደገፍ ጥረታቸውን አጠናክረው እንዲቀጥሉ ጥሪ አድርገውላቸዋል።
በሥነስርዓቱ ላይም ዶክተር አብርሃም አለሙ እንደተናገሩት በ1974ዓ.ም ሰኔ 29 ቀን ከኮተቤ መምህራን ኮሌጅ በዲፕሎማ መርሐግብር መመረቃቸውን አስታውሰው፣ ከዚያን ጊዜ ጀምሮ በመምህርነት እያገለገሉ መሆናቸውን በማውሳት የዛሬ መሠረታቸው ለሆነው ኮትዩ ያበረከቱአቸውን መጻሕፍት በነዚሁ የአገልግሎት ዘመናቸው ከሀገር ውስጥ እንዲሁም ለዶክትሬት ዲግሪ ትምህርት ወደ ሆላንድ በሄዱበት ጊዜ ከውጭ ሀገር የገዟቸውና ያሠባሠቧቸው መሆናቸውን አስታውሰዋል፡፡
መጻሕፍቱ በኢትዮጵያ ስነጽሑፍ ታሪክ ውስጥ የመጀመሪያው ድርሰት የሆነውን ጦቢያ ጨምሮ በስነጽሑፍ፣ በቋንቋ፣ በፎክሎር ንድፈ ሐሳብ፣ በአንትሮፖሎጂ፣ በታሪክ እና በሌሎች የሶሻል ሳይንስ የትምህርት መስኮች ላይ ያተኮሩ መሆናቸውን የጠቀሱት ዶ/ር አብርሃም አለሙ፣ “ለዓመታት ያህል አብረውኝ የቆዩትን መጻሕፍት ለተማርኩበት ለቀድሞው የኮተቤ ትምህርት ኮሌጅ ለአሁኑ ኮተቤ የትምህርት ዩኒቨርሲቲ በመስጠቴ ታላቅ ደስታ ይሰመኛል” ብለዋል፡፡ መጻሕፍቱን ለመረከብ የዩኒቨርሲተው ኃላፊዎች ላደረጉት ትብብርና ቤተሰባዊ አቀባበል አመስግነዋል፡፡
በመጨረሻም ዶ/ር ብርሃነመስቀል ጠና እና ዶ/ር አብርሃም አለሙ በጋራ በመሆን መጻሕፍቱን ለኮተቤ ትምህርት ዩኒቨርሲቲ ቤተመጻሕፍት እና ዶክመንቴሽን ዳይሬክተር ለሆኑት ለአቶ ገብረመስቀል ግርማ ያስረከቡ ሲሆን፣ ዶ/ር አብርሃም አለሙ ላበረከቱት አስተዋፅዖም በኮተቤ ትምህርት ዩኒቨርሲቲ ፕሬዝዳንት ዶ/ር ብርሃነመስቀል ጠና አማካኝነት የእውቅና የምስክር ወረቀት የተሰጣቸው መሆኑንም ለማወቅ ተችሏል፡፡

KUE Crafts Its New Five Years’ Strategic Plan

In endeavouring to craft its five years new strategic plan, KUE conducted a two-day fruitful consultation workshop with EDT, an international organisation not-for-profit, from August 8 to 9, 2022. During the workshop, international experiences had been thoroughly reviewed and contextualised to the vision, mission, and mandate of the University.
At the event, EDT’s high-profile professionals delivered invaluable technical support to the KUE’s team in ideating, thematising, refining and contextualising, and gearing the contents of the strategic plan toward addressing the relevance, access, quality, and equity of education in Ethiopia.
It is evident that KUE, as a national flagship university of education,capitalises on producing competent and effective education professionals to transform the education systems of Ethiopia.

KUE Hosts A Joint Workshop on Designing State-of-the-Art Teachers and Leaders Development Programmes

A two-day workshop which was jointly organised by Kotebe University of Education (KUE) and Education Development Trust (EDT) was launched today, on the 4th of August 2022 at Yod Abyssinia International Hotel. The workshop’s focus was to train KUE’s professionals on designing state-of-the-art teachers’ and educational leaders’ development programmes.
Three high-profile professionals, Dr Clare Buntic, Marion Smallbones, and Maggie Farrar from the UK, have delivered very interactive training through face-to-face and online blended approaches. At the event, Dr. Berhanemeskel Tena, the President of KUE, remarked that the workshop would eminently contribute to the achievement of the institutional mission. The President was also grateful for the contributions made to KUE by EDT in general and the professionals who delivered the training in particular.
It was learnt that KUE and EDT had signed an MoU to mainly work on developing co-funding proposals, establishing KUE’s Research and Innovation Centre, collaborating on research programmes, providing school-based training, improving the quality of education, and providing technical support in the development of career progression frameworks. It was said that the agreement would also focus on developing innovative and practice-based curricula, building the capacity of leaders through mentoring, coaching, and supporting KUE in implementing the strategic plan to achieve its mission.

KUE ESTABLISHES A PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT WITH EDT

Kotebe University of Education (KUE) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Education Development Trust (EDT) on July 21, 2022. The agreement enables KUE to receive technical assistance and advisory support, which would contribute toward the University’s mission accomplishment.
In the agreement signing ceremony, Dr Berhanemeskel Tena, the President of KUE, remarked that the partnership would help KUE to excel in large-scale collaborative research that brings more relevant and informative findings, which is one of its primary focuses. Dr Berhanemeskel also emphasized the fact that the professional support the KUE staff gain from the EDT would mitigate the problems that the education sector currently experiences.
Dr Abdu Zeleke, EDT’s Country Representative, on his part, expressed his delight in engaging in a professional partnership with KUE. He added that the partnership would continue to exist. The representative further said that EDT is ready to go beyond its plan and offer professional and expertise-based services to KUE.
It was also revealed at the event that KUE would acquire services which include consultation on the implementation of its institutional plans and financial aids.

KUE HOLDS A GRADUATION CEREMONY FOR THE CLASS OF 2022

Kotebe University of Education (KUE) graduated a total of 2891 students, of which are 750 postgraduates, 1380 undergraduates, and 761 diploma students in a colorful ceremony held on July 17, 2022. Of the total number of graduates, 1482 are females whilst 1409 are males.

During the graduation ceremony, Dr Berhanemeskel Tena, the President of KUE congratulated the 2022 graduates for their success amid multifaceted problems that the country has faced both within and outside. The exceed in the number of female graduates implies the university’s commitment and hard work in creating a conducive learning environment for female students said Dr Berhanemeskel. Besides, the President also remarked that all the graduates would shoulder heavy responsibility for bringing about changes in Ethiopia and hence he encouraged them to serve the society impartially, honestly, and professionally.

Professor Berhanu Nega, Minister of Ministry of Ethiopia of FRDE and the honourable guest of the day, commended the graduates for reaching the momentous by overcoming the Covid 19 pandemic and the socio-economic turmoil that prevailed both in and outside Ethiopia. Professor Berhanu also reminded the graduates of the fact that their current graduation was only the closing of the first chapter of their life; the longest and by far the roughest chapters are waiting ahead. The graduates’ success would come fruitful when they execute what they have learned into practice, especially in a way that benefits themselves and their country, said the Minister.

It was also known that in the ceremony certificates of recognition were awarded to members of the university who contributed to the designing of the new logo as well as in the composition of the lyrics of the university’s anthem.

ኮተቤ የትምህርት ዩኒቨርሲቲ በተለያዩ የትምህርት መስኮች በድህረ ምረቃ፣ በቅድመ ምረቃ እና ዲፕሎማ ፕሮግራሞች ያሰለጠናቸውን 2891 ተማሪዎች ከፍተኛ የመንግሥት የስራ ኃላፊዎች በተገኙበት ሐምሌ 10/2014 ዓ.ም በደማቅ ሥነስርዓት አስመርቋል።
የኮተቤ የትምህርት ዩኒቨርሲቲ ፕሬዝዳንት ዶክተር ብርሃነመስቀል ጠና ለዕለቱ ተመራቂዎች የእንኳን ደስ አላችሁ መልዕክት ባሰሙበት ንግግራቸው፣ ነባሩ እና አንጋፋው ዩኒቨርሲቲ በመደበኛ፣ በማታና በተከታታይ የዲፕሎማ፣ የዲግሪ እና የማስትሬት መርሐግብሮች ትምህርታቸውን በሚገባ አጠናቀው፣ አስፈላጊውን የምረቃ መስፈርት አሟልተው በዛሬው ዕለት ለምረቃ የበቁት የ2014 ዓ.ም ተመራቂዎች 2891 መሆናቸውን ተናግረዋል። ከነዚህም ተመራቂዎች መካከል ወንድ 1409፣ ሴት ደግሞ 1482 ሲሆኑ፣ ይህም የሴት ተመራቂዎች ቁጥር ብልጫ ያለው መሆኑንና ዩኒቨርሲቲውም ለሴቶች ከፍተኛ ትኩረት እንደሚሰጥ ያሳያል ሲሉ ዶክተር ብርሃነመስቀል ተናግረዋል። በመጨረሻም ፕሬዝዳንቱ የዕለቱ ተመራቂዎች በዩኒቨርሲቲው አዲሱ ስያሜ፣ ተልዕኮ፣ ሎጎ እና ህብረ ዝማሬ በመመረቃቸው የተቋሙ ታሪክ አካል እንደሚያደርጋቸው አስገንዝበዋል።
የትምህርት ሚኒስቴር ሚኒስትር እና የዕለቱ የክብር እንግዳ ፕሮፌሰር ብርሃኑ ነጋ በአዲስ መልክ እየተዋቀረ ያለው ኮተቤ የትምህርት ዩኒቨርሲቲ የሀገሪቱን የትምህርት ችግሮች ለመቅረፍ በከፍተኛ ደረጃ ኃላፊነት የተጣለበት በመሆኑ፣ ይህንን ልዩ ተልዕኮውን ለመወጣት በሚያደርገው ጥረትም የትምህርት ሚኒስቴር አስፈላጊውን ድጋፍ እንደሚያደርግለት ገልጸዋል።
በሥነስርዓቱ ላይም በትምህርታቸው ብልጫ ላሳዩ ተመራቂዎች የዋንጫ እና ሌሎች ሽልማቶች ተሰጥቷቸዋል። እንዲሁም በዩኒቨርሲቲው የሽግግር ወቅት ልዩ ልዩ አስተዋፅኦ ላበረከቱ አካላትም የዕውቅና ምስክር ወረቀትና ስጦታ ተበርክቶላቸዋል፡፡

አዲሱ የኮተቤ የትምህርት ዩኒቨርሲቲ የስራ አመራር ቦርድ አባላት ዩኒቨርሲቲውን ጎበኙ፡፡

አዲሱ የኮተቤ የትምህርት ዩኒቨርሲቲ የስራ አመራር ቦርድ አባላት በ30/10/2014 ዓ.ም ከዩኒቨርሲቲው የስራ አመራሮች ጋር ትውውቅ ካደረጉ በኋላ በዋናው ግቢ ውስጥ እየተገነቡ ያሉ አዳዲስ ግንባታዎችን፣ ቤተ መጻሕፍትና ሌሎች የልማት እንቅስቃሴዎችን ጎብኝተዋል፡፡
ዩኒቨርሲቲው ስራ የአመራር ቦርድ ሰብሳቢ አቶ አባዱላ ገመዳ በዚሁ ወቅት ባደረጉት ንግግር፣ አዲሱ ቦርድ አባላት ከፍተኛ የሥራ ልምድ ያላቸው በመሆኑ በለውጥ ሂደት ላይ የሚገኘውን የኮተቤ የትምህርት ዩኒቨርሲቲ ወደ ላቀ የዕደገት እና የታሪክ ምዕራፍ የማሸጋገር ታሪካዊ አደራ የተጣለባቸው መሆኑን አስገንዝበዋል፡፡
የኮተቤ የትምህርት ዩኒቨርሲቲ ፕሬዝዳንት ዶክተር ብርሃነመስቀል ጠና በበኩላቸው አዲሱ የስራ የአመራር ቦርድ አባላት ፕሮፋይል ከፍተኛ ከመሆኑም በተጨማሪ ተፅዕኖ የመፍጠር አቅም ያላቸው በመሆኑ ለዩኒቨርሲቲው ዕድገት እንደ ምቹ ሁኔታ የሚታይ መሆኑን ተናግረዋል፡፡ በመሠረተ ልማት ግንባታ ረገድም ሆነ በዩኒቨርሲተው ሁለንተናዊ ዕድገት ዙሪያ የዩኒቨርሲቲው የስራ አመራሮች በአዲስ መልክ ከተዋቀረው የቦርድ አባላት ጋር በቅርበት እንደሚሰሩ ገልፀዋል፡፡
የቦርዱ አባላት የዩኒቨርሲቲው የሽግግር ሂደት፣ የመዋቅር ሰነድ እንዲሁም የ2014 ዓ.ም የሥራ አፈፃፀም ሪፖርት ገለፃ ከተደረገላቸው በኋላ ውይይት አካሂደዋል፡፡
ክቡር አቶ አባዱላ ገመዳ የአዲሱ የዩኒቨርሲቲው የስራ አመራር ቦርድ ሰብሳቢ፣ የተከበሩ አቶ መለስ አለሙ ምክትል ሰብሳቢ፣ የተከበሩ ዶ/ር ብርሃነመስቀል ጠና ጸሐፊ፣ ፕሮፌሰር ያለው እንዳወቅ አባል፣ ፕሮፌሰር ተስፋዬ ሰመላ አባል፣ አምባሣደር ብርቱካን አያኖ አባል፣ ዶ/ር ተመቸኝ እንግዳ አባል እና ዶ/ር ወንድወሰን ታምራት አባል መሆናቸው ታውቋል፡፡
