About the Department:
The Department of Oromo Language and Literature Education is one of the lately established departments under the college of Languages Education in 2019/20 Academic year. It hosted two graduating classes since it began its services on regular bases. It has a validated curriculum of MEd and Diploma programs. All of its current staff are the graduates of BEd,MEd and PhD which made its basement more suitable to settle in KUE. It is hosting both in regular and weekend modalities. It is also currently working on a new curriculum of BEd entitled “Gada System and Indigenous Education as a unit”.
