About the Department
The Department of Curriculum and Instructional Studies has a critical association with the history of KUE and the branding of the university. The Department of Curriculum and Instructional Science is striving to bring excellence in pedagogy, Curriculum, and Teacher Education through its teaching and research activities. The department currently has fourteen academic staff out of which two associate professors, five assistant professors, and six lecturers. With this staff, the department runs one DEd (Doctor of Education) and one Master’s program. The department also plans to launch additional Master’s programs within the coming years.
