A two-day workshop on “Competence-Based Teaching” concluded today, a collaborative effort by Kotebe University, the Ministry of Education (MoE), and Geneva Global. The workshop aimed to deepen understanding of competence-based teaching, a pivotal approach to equip students with practical skills for the 21st century, moving beyond rote memorization. This approach shifts the focus from time-served to skills-mastered, ensuring every student achieves mastery.
