On March 12, 2025, Kotebe University of Education hosted a significant event featuring the
dissemination of the National Report on Work Package 3, the project funded by EU through
Horizon. The main objective of the project is to evaluate labour market dynamics and skilled
workforce shortages across origin, destination, and transition countries. The President of Kotebe
University of Education, Dr. Berhanemeskel Tena, addressed the challenges of workforce
shortages and labor market dynamics. He stated, “This report is a critical tool for understanding
the gaps in our labor market and for developing strategies to build a more skilled and competitive
workforce.
