KUE, October 7, 2025— Kotebe University of Education (KUE) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with KUNDALIK International, an educational technology (EdTech) company, to strengthen collaboration in the field of digital learning and innovation.
The signing ceremony was held at KUE and attended by official representatives from both institutions. The event was introduced by Dr. Melkamu Afta, Director of the Industry Linkage and Technology Transfer Directorate, who welcomed participants and invited Dr. Teshome Nekatibeb, President of KUE, to address the gathering.
In his opening remarks, Dr. Teshome welcomed the KUNDALIK delegation and expressed the university’s commitment to integrating educational technology to enhance teaching and learning. Mr. Pavel Nevolin, Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) of KUNDALIK International, presented the company’s vision and areas of potential collaboration with KUE. He introduced KUNDALIK’s digital education platform and shared the company’s experience working across Asia and Africa. Mr. Nevolin explained that KUNDALIK’s platform integrates various tools and applications designed to support teachers and students by improving efficiency and simplifying academic tasks.
During the discussion session, KUE officials raised questions regarding the platform’s functionality and adaptability, and both parties expressed readiness to continue technical discussions toward practical implementation. The event was attended by the university officials, college deans, directors and department heads.
