ለትምህርት ፈላጊዎች በሙሉ

ኮተቤ የትምህርት ዩኒቨርሲቲ በ2015 ዓ.ም በመጀመሪያ ድግሪ ፤በሁለተኛ ድግሪ በቀን ፣ በማታና  ቅዳሜና እሁድ  ፕሮግራም ተማሪዎችን ተቀብሎ ለማሰተማር ይፈልጋል፡፡ሰለሆነም ከታች በተዘረዘሩት የትምህርት መስኮች ከህዳር 1 እስከ ህዳር 15/03/2015ዓ.ም በኦላይን (Online) መመዝገብ የምትችሉ መሆኑን እያሳወቅን  የመመዝገቢያ ክፍያ በCBE Birr  ብቻ በመከፈል ማመልከት የምትችሉ መሆኑን እንገልፃለን፡፡

    • ተዛማጅ በሆነ የትምህርት መስክ በደረጃ 4 የተመረቀ ከሆነ ዲፕሎማውን፣ ትራንስክሪፕትና የብቃት ማረጋገጫ እና 2(ሁለት) ዓመት የስራ ልምድ ማሰረጃ Scan ተደርጎ በ PDF ፋይል በሲስተሙ ላይ Upload ማድረግ፡፡

    • በደረጃ 4 የተመረቀ ከሆነ ዲፕሎማውን፣ ትራንስክሪፕትና የብቃት ማረጋገጫ እና 2(ሁለት) ዓመት የስራ ልምድ ማሰረጃ ከዋናው ጋር በማመሳከር ከአንድ ክላሴር ጋር ማቅረብ በአካል ማቅረብ ያስፈልጋል፡፡

በኮተቤ የትምህርት ዩኒቨርሲቲ የተመደባችሁ የ2014 ዓ.ም የ12ኛ ክፍል ሀገር አቀፍ ብሔራዊ ፈተና ተፈታኞች በሙሉ

ውድ ተፈታኞች በወጣው የጊዜ ሰሌዳ መሰረት ወደ ኮተቤ የትምህርት ዩኒቨርሲቲ ስትመጡ መያዝ የተፈቀደላችሁ ቁሳቁሶች ብቻ ይዛችሁ እንድትመጡ በጥብቅ እናሰስባለን፡፡

    1. ተፈታኞች እንዲይዙ የተፈቀደላቸው ቁሳቁሶች

Ø መጻሕፍት እና ሲያጠናቿው የነበሩ ማስታወሻዎች

Ø ልብስ የሌሊት፤ ልብሶችን ጨምሮ (አንሶላ፣ ብርድ ልብስ፣ ትራስ ጨርቅ የመሳሰሉት)፣

Ø ከጋብቻ ቀለበት ውጪ ማንኛውም ቀለበት፣ ማንኛውም ጌጥ፣ ሰዓት፣ ሃብል፣ የጸጉር ጌጥ ወዘተ

Ø መነፅር (ከዕይታ ችግር ጋር በተያያዘ በሃኪም የተፈቀደ ካልሆነ በስተቀር)

III. ተፈታኝ ተማሪዎች በዩኒቨርሲቲ ቆይታቸው ወቅት የሚጠበቁባቸው ተግባራት

Ø ማንኛውም ተፈታኝ የዩኒቨርሲቲውን ሕግና ደንብ ተከትሎ የፈተናውን ጊዜ ማሳለፍ ይጠበቅበታል፡፡

Ø ማንኛውም ተፈታኝ ተማሪ የፈተና ህግና ደንቦችን በአግባቡ ማክበር ይጠበቅበታል፡፡

Ø ማንኛውም ተማሪ ከሌሎች ተፈታኞች ጋር በወንድማማችነትና በእህትማማችነት መንፈስ በሰላም የፈተናውን ጊዜ ማሳለፍ ይኖርበታል፡፡

Ø ማንኛውም ተማሪ በፈተና ጊዜ ካልሆነ በስተቀር ወደ መፈተኛ ክፍሎች መግባት አይኖርበትም፡፡ ከፈተና ሰዓት ውጪ ተፈታኞች ከማደሪያ ክፍሎቻችው ወይም ከተፈቀዱላቸው ሌሎች አካባቢዎች ውጪ መንቀሳቀስ አይፈቀድላቸውም፡፡

Ø ማንኛውም ተፈታኝ ተማሪ የመመገቢያ እና የፈተና ሰዓትን በአግባቡ ማክበር ይኖርበታል፡፡

Ø ማንኛውም ተፈታኝ ተማሪ በዩኒቨርሲቲው ግቢ ውስጠጥ በግልም ሆነ በቡድን መጮህ ወይም ከፍተኛ ድምጽ ማሰማት አይችልም፡፡

Ø ማንኛውም ተፈታኝ ተማሪ በፈተና ሰዓት፣ በመፈተኛ ክፍል ውስጥ ማስቲካ መያዝም ሆነ መጠቀም አይችልም፡፡

Ø የማንኛውም ተፈታኝ ተማሪ ወላጆች፣ አሳዳጊዎችም ሆኑ ሌላ ቤተሰብ በዩኒቨርሲቲው ግቢ ውስጥ እንዲገቡ አይፈቀድም፡፡

Ø ማንኛውም ተፈታኝ በፈተና ማዕከልም ይሁን መፈተኛ ክፍል አድሚሽን ካርድ፣ የትምህርት ቤት ወይም የነዋሪነት መታወቂያ ይዞ የመገኛት ግዴታ አለበት ፡፡

Ø ማንኛውም ተፈታኝ ወደ ግቢ ከመግባቱ በፊትና ወደ መፈተኛ ክፍል ከመግባቱ በፊት ሙሉ አካላዊ ፍተሻ የመፈተሽ ግዴታ አለበት፡፡

KUE HOLDS A GRADUATION CEREMONY FOR THE CLASS OF 2022

Kotebe University of Education (KUE) graduated a total of 2891 students, of which are 750 postgraduates, 1380 undergraduates, and 761 diploma students in a colorful ceremony held on July 17, 2022. Of the total number of graduates, 1482 are females whilst 1409 are males.

During the graduation ceremony, Dr Berhanemeskel Tena, the President of KUE congratulated the 2022 graduates for their success amid multifaceted problems that the country has faced both within and outside. The exceed in the number of female graduates implies the university’s commitment and hard work in creating a conducive learning environment for female students said Dr Berhanemeskel. Besides, the President also remarked that all the graduates would shoulder heavy responsibility for bringing about changes in Ethiopia and hence he encouraged them to serve the society impartially, honestly, and professionally.

Professor Berhanu Nega, Minister of Ministry of Ethiopia of FRDE and the honourable guest of the day, commended the graduates for reaching the momentous by overcoming the Covid 19 pandemic and the socio-economic turmoil that prevailed both in and outside Ethiopia. Professor Berhanu also reminded the graduates of the fact that their current graduation was only the closing of the first chapter of their life; the longest and by far the roughest chapters are waiting ahead. The graduates’ success would come fruitful when they execute what they have learned into practice, especially in a way that benefits themselves and their country, said the Minister.

It was also known that in the ceremony certificates of recognition were awarded to members of the university who contributed to the designing of the new logo as well as in the composition of the lyrics of the university’s anthem.

 ኮተቤ የትምህርት ዩኒቨርሲቲ 2891 ተማሪዎችን በደማቅ ሥነስርዓት አስመረቀ።

ኮተቤ የትምህርት ዩኒቨርሲቲ በተለያዩ የትምህርት መስኮች በድህረ ምረቃ፣ በቅድመ ምረቃ እና ዲፕሎማ ፕሮግራሞች ያሰለጠናቸውን 2891 ተማሪዎች ከፍተኛ የመንግሥት የስራ ኃላፊዎች በተገኙበት ሐምሌ 10/2014 ዓ.ም በደማቅ ሥነስርዓት አስመርቋል።
የኮተቤ የትምህርት ዩኒቨርሲቲ ፕሬዝዳንት ዶክተር ብርሃነመስቀል ጠና ለዕለቱ ተመራቂዎች የእንኳን ደስ አላችሁ መልዕክት ባሰሙበት ንግግራቸው፣ ነባሩ እና አንጋፋው ዩኒቨርሲቲ በመደበኛ፣ በማታና በተከታታይ የዲፕሎማ፣ የዲግሪ እና የማስትሬት መርሐግብሮች ትምህርታቸውን በሚገባ አጠናቀው፣ አስፈላጊውን የምረቃ መስፈርት አሟልተው በዛሬው ዕለት ለምረቃ የበቁት የ2014 ዓ.ም ተመራቂዎች 2891 መሆናቸውን ተናግረዋል። ከነዚህም ተመራቂዎች መካከል ወንድ 1409፣ ሴት ደግሞ 1482 ሲሆኑ፣ ይህም የሴት ተመራቂዎች ቁጥር ብልጫ ያለው መሆኑንና ዩኒቨርሲቲውም ለሴቶች ከፍተኛ ትኩረት እንደሚሰጥ ያሳያል ሲሉ ዶክተር ብርሃነመስቀል ተናግረዋል። በመጨረሻም ፕሬዝዳንቱ የዕለቱ ተመራቂዎች በዩኒቨርሲቲው አዲሱ ስያሜ፣ ተልዕኮ፣ ሎጎ እና ህብረ ዝማሬ በመመረቃቸው የተቋሙ ታሪክ አካል እንደሚያደርጋቸው አስገንዝበዋል።
የትምህርት ሚኒስቴር ሚኒስትር እና የዕለቱ የክብር እንግዳ ፕሮፌሰር ብርሃኑ ነጋ በአዲስ መልክ እየተዋቀረ ያለው ኮተቤ የትምህርት ዩኒቨርሲቲ የሀገሪቱን የትምህርት ችግሮች ለመቅረፍ በከፍተኛ ደረጃ ኃላፊነት የተጣለበት በመሆኑ፣ ይህንን ልዩ ተልዕኮውን ለመወጣት በሚያደርገው ጥረትም የትምህርት ሚኒስቴር አስፈላጊውን ድጋፍ እንደሚያደርግለት ገልጸዋል።
በሥነስርዓቱ ላይም በትምህርታቸው ብልጫ ላሳዩ ተመራቂዎች የዋንጫ እና ሌሎች ሽልማቶች ተሰጥቷቸዋል። እንዲሁም በዩኒቨርሲቲው የሽግግር ወቅት ልዩ ልዩ አስተዋፅኦ ላበረከቱ አካላትም የዕውቅና ምስክር ወረቀትና ስጦታ ተበርክቶላቸዋል፡፡

ኮተቤ ሜትሮፖሊታን ዩኒቨርሲቲ ተማሪዎቹን በደማቅ ሁኔታ አስመረቀ፡፡

ኮተቤ ሜትሮፖሊታን ዩኒቨርሲቲ (ኮሜዩ) በ2013 ዓ.ም የትምህርት ዘመን በቅደመ-ምረቃና በድህረ-ምረቃ በቀንና በማታ መርሀ-ግብሮች ትምህርታቸውን ያጠናቀቁ 2526 ተማሪዎችን ዛሬ ጥቅምት 6 ቀን 2014 ዓ.ም በደማቅ ሁኔታ አስመርቋል፡፡
የኮሜዩ ፕሬዝዳንት የተከበሩ ዶ/ር ብርሃነመስቀል ጠና በበኩላቸው የኮቭድ-19 ወረርሽኝ ጫናን እና በሀገር ሉዓላዊነት ላይ የተደቀኑ ተግዳሮቶችን ሁሉ ተቋቁማችሁ ለዛሬ ምረቃ የበቃችሁ እንኳን አደረሳችሁ ያሉ ሲሆን ዛሬ ሀገራችን በፈተና ውስጥ ባለችበት የተመረቃችሁ ምሩቃን ሀገራችሁን የምትከላከሉ፣ ፍትህን የምታረጋግጡ ።፣ ሌብነትን የምትዋጉ ፣ ህብረ ብሔራዊ ወንድማማችነትን የምታጎለብቱ፣ ለሀገራችሁ በየደረሳችሁበት አምባሳደሮች እንድትሆኑ ።፣ በየተመረቃችሁበትም ሙያችሁ ለሀገራችሁ ለብልጽግናዋ የድርሻችሁን የምትወጡ እንድትሆኑ ሲሉ የአደራ መልዕክታቸው አስተላልፈዋል።
ፕሬዚዳንቱ አያይዘውም ዩኒቨርሲቲው በትምህርት ረገድ ያለውን ደማቅ ታሪካዊ አሻራውን እንዲያስቀጥል “ኮተቤ የትምህርት ዩኒቨርሲቲ” ሆኖ በአዋጅ በመቋቋሙ መላው የዩኒቨርሲቲው ማህበረሰብን እንኳን ደስ አላችሁ ብለዋል።
የዩኒቨርሲቲው ቦርድ ሰብሳቢ የተከበሩ የክብር ዶ/ር አባዱላ ገመዳ ባደረጉት ንግግር የዕለቱ ምሩቃን እንደሀገርም ሆነ እንደግለሰብ ባጋጠማቸው ተግዳሮቶች ሳይገቱ በአስቸጋሪ ወቅት ሁሉንም ጫና ተቋቁመው ለመመረቅ በመብቃታቸው እንኳን ደስ አላችሁ ካሉ በኋላ በቀጣይም ምሩቃኑ ተግዳሮቶችን እንደመልካም አጋጣሚ በመጠቀም የልማትና የሰላም ጅምር ሥራዎችን በማስቀጠል ረገድ ተስፋ የተጣለባቸው መሆኑን አስገንዝበዋል፡፡ ቀጥሎም ኮተቤ ሜትሮፖሊታን ዩኒቨርሲቲ አሁን ለደረሰበት ደረጃ ላደረሱት መላው የዩኒቨርሲቲው ማህበረሰብና አመራሮች ምስጋና አቅርበዋል፡፡
በሌላ በኩል የኢፌዲሪ የውጪ ጉዳዮች ሚንስቴር ቃለ-አቀባይ የተከበሩ አምባሳደር ዲና ሙፍቲ ለተመራቂዎቹ ባስተላለፉት መልዕክታቸው ሁሉም በሙያው ቋንቋ፣ ሀይማኖትና ዘር ሳይለው የሀገሩ አምባሳደር ስለሆነ ምሩቃኑ ልዩነትንና ብዝሀነትን እንደ ህብር ጌጥ በመውሰድ የሀገራቸው አምባሳደሮች መሆናቸውን ተገንዝበው በአንድነት ለሀገር ግንባታና ለሰላም መስፈን መስራት እንዳለባቸው ጠቁመዋል፡፡

PHD and MA Curricula Validated at the Level of MoSHE and KMU-Senate Standing Committee

Kotebe Metropolitan University received letter of PhD curricula approval from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education on PhD in Applied Statistics and PhD in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL). The President of the University, Dr. Berhanemeskel Tena, earlier on the forum of the University’s management announced that the Curricula Validation stands within a wider context of international benchmarking. He also congratulated the University’s community for the very commencement of PhD programs- that the next move should a leap forward. Both PhD curricula were reviewed on international validation workshop by subject matter genius.
The Academic Standard Curriculum Committee also validated MA curricula after consecutive review in respective departments and faculties. Chair of the Committee and Academic Affairs V/ President, Dr. Demewoz Admasu said that the deliberation of the committee is based on the enactment of the University’s legislation and guidelines. He also reckoned that the validation has a great result in uplifting quality programs that the University is planning to commence in this academic year.
Following the presentations of the curricula on different MA programs, members of the committee forwarded their comments that help to enrich the document from national and global experiences.
Lastly, the Senate Standing Committee congratulated Faculties that enroll on the following validated MA programs:

-MA in Urban Governance and Development Studies
-MA in Disaster Risk Management
-MA in Civics and Ethics Studies
-MA in Social Work
-MA in History
Faculty of Languages and Literature
– MA in Literature in English

የኮተቤ ሜትሮፖሊታን ዩኒቨርሲቲ በቅርቡ በውድድር ወደ አመራርነት ደረጃ ላደጉና ለነባሩ ከፍተኛና መካከለኛ አመራሩ መስከረም 19 እና 20/2014 ዓ.ም በኢትዮጵያ ስራ አመራር ኢንስቲትዩት ባዘጋጀው መድረክ የስራ የአመራር ክህሎት ማጠናከሪያ ስልጠና ሠጠ፡፡ የተከበሩ የዩኒቨርሲቲው ፕሬዝዳንት ዶ/ር ብርሃነመስቀል ጠና በስልጠናው መክፈቻ ንግግራቸው እንደገለፁት ስልጠናው የመሪዎቹን የአመራር ብቃትና በማሳድግ ብቁ መሪዎችን ለመፍጠር ታቅዶ በከፍተኛ አመራር ደረጃ ላይ ያሉ እና የካበተ ተሞክሮ እና ልምድ ያላቸው መሪዎችንና ምሁራንን በመጋበዝ ሳይንሳዊ የአመራር ዕውቀትን ለዘመናት ካካበቱት ዕውቀታቸውና የህይወት ተመክሮአቸው በማቀናጀት እንዲያካፍሉ በተመረጡ ባለሙያዎች እንዲሠጥ መደረጉን ኘሬዚዳንቱ አስረድተዋል፡፡
በዚሁ መሠረት ስልጠናው በክቡር አቶ አባዱላ ገመዳ፣ በክቡር ዶ/ር ሳሙኤል ክፍሌ፣ በራሳቸው በዶ/ር ብርሃነመስቀል ጠና ፣ በዶ/ር ወርቁ ፣ በፕሮፌሰር ያለው እንዳወቅ እና በዶ/ር ሽመልስ ዘውዴ በተለያዩ 6 ለአመራርነት ወሳኝ በሆኑ ርዕሰ ጉዳዮች ላይ የተሠጠ ነው። ዓላማውም አመራር የመሪነት ኃላፊነቱን እንደተረከበ በማብቂያ እና ማነቃቂያ ሥልጠና ወደሥራ በማስገባት አመራሩንም ተቋሙንም ውጤታማ ማድረግ መቻል ነው።

Kotebe Metropolitan University (KMU) Capacitates Its Leaders

As of today, KMU is delivering a two-day training to capacitate its leaders’ skills in transformational leadership, change management, leading educational institutions, professional ethics, and planning. The training also focuses on raising the awareness of the leaders on higher education legal provisions. High profile professionals and public figures, to mention, Dr. Worku Negash (the Senior Advisor to Minster, MoSHE), Prof. Yalew Endawoke (the Senior Advisor to Minister, MoSHE), and Dr. Samuel Kifle, the State Minister, MoSHE) have delivered the training and shared their living experiences so far.
It is recalled that the University has restructured its institutional organisation recently through promoting a few staff to higher leadership positions and reshuffling others on the basis of their merits.
